      Pros

      THL is a unique place where you get to work with super passionate people who are friendly and welcoming. There's a feedback rich culture.

      Cons

      Every organization has its downsides. THL's are far outweighed by its strengths, in my opinion. Areas for improvement, like slow development of policies, keeps improving year over year.
