Pros

learn at your own pace. there are some great people here.

Cons

i was always frustrated with not having creative freedom here. direction is supposed to go from cofounder bobby down to the rest of the employees but that was literally impossible since he refuses to communicate with anyone except a select few. the pay is insanely low. there is a lot of favoritism. the favorites get away with everything and the others fight for recognition but they're ignored. the work environment is toxic and there is no real HR. people are very unhappy. there is hazing. it's not okay.

Fake reviews, fake owners, fake activism

Pros

Free lunch once a month

Cons

People are unhappy here and no one cares. Turnover is high because the pay is so mediocre unless you're one of the few favorites who get consistent raises for some reason. People at the top could not care less about you as a person unless again your a favorite. They are not welcoming in any way shape or form and there is a lot of hazing but employees are too scared to speak out about it because culture fit is something leadership forces upon its employees. Sexism seeps into every aspect of the job, if you are a woman I suggest not wasting your time here because it will not get better. You will not be appreciated no matter how hard you work. Free clothes is useless if you dont get insurance or livable salary. The owners love asserting their dominance and making employees feel small and worthless, all the while reaping the benefits of all your hard work. They are fake woke and try to make themselves look like good guys on social media but just know the way they run their company is toxic. Suggestions to improve the environment fall on deaf ears and once they have no use for you, they will let you go without a second thought. It is impossible to grow here. Do not fall in the trap.

Pros

Great team, fun work environment, ability to move up and define your own job roles.

Cons

Little bit cliquey at times, but honestly it's just a culture-driven company that doesn't align with all types of people.
