      I was an employee of this company (nurse practitioner). I am filing a complaint about service operations concerns. The concerns of harassment of an employee during medical leave, enticement of high contracted salary (105000) forcing to a low pay by unit ( $40 unit with only 6 units a day) before released from medical care and the company's failure to follow company police for except employees PTO coverage. . This all incurred in the first 6 months of work.

      -None, you are employed and have a job.

      Cons

      - Awful training, the bare minimum to barely scrape by - The pay is awful, not enough money for the amount of work you do - No clear lines of communication between upper management and lower level employees - No moral among employees and no incentives to do better other than keeping your job. - Lack of professionalism - Lack of clear instruction on what is expected of someone and their job duties

      We are always concerned when we receive this type of feedback. In checking into this further it seems to be a result of a misunderstanding between an employee and their supervisor. Regrettably, it is too late to resolve this with you but we will certainly take steps to insure it does not recur.

      The only good thing about this place is there flexible schedule and that is it.

      Cons

      Horrible management. You leave IMA in good terms and they tell you if you ever want to come back they will hire you again. That is a lie. They ignore you. So why bother ending in good terms. This place underpays their employees and expects them to work like animals. These people don’t even now how to give their employees a compliment after working so hard. Don’t ever work for them.

      We are very sorry to hear such a review. We certainly value all of our employees and recognize our Medical Assistants play a very key role in the process at our medical offices. Although we can't speak to your situation, we hope that are employees are statisfied and do not leave IMA. It seems contradictory that you would post such a negative experience if you wanted to return.
