A bunch of scientologists in charge. The company sells primarily to black customers but all of management is white. Owner won’t pay his workers a living wage unless you threaten to leave. Bathrooms are barely kept up with and disgusting. Owner will complement you excessively to the point you realize it’s just for his ego. A lot of the time it just makes people feel uncomfortable/awkward. Expect to feel like you’re working at a job that’s still stuck in the early 2000’s. Benefits are crappy.

Pay not good enough, they over work you.
