What a sad loss for the community. Senior leadership is so caught up in their own power that the mission and vision are only for show now. From nepotism, to gaslighting staff, and rediculous micromanagement. I had to leave before my MH continued to worsen. This leadership was so toxic and ignorant of how to truly lead people. I have no idea how the board either doesn't see it or won't do anything about it... especially with staff turnover being through the roof.

The leadership, all the way up to the ceo is extremely toxic and not afraid to break discrimination laws. Their HR department is a joke, the managers and directors get together regularly and talk poorly about the staff. They pretend to care about individuals with disabilities, but the reality is, they just exploit those who have obvious physical disabilities for a photo op and treat anyone with invisible disabilities like trash. They invest so much into marketing to create a false image of doing good for the community, but the reality is, this place is an embaressment in the non-profit world and has such a bad image with other local agencies. I regret ever working here.
