      Pros

      Excellent team culture with lots of opportunity for growth. People with aspirations are rewarded, and hard work does not go unseen. An amazing team overall, with lots of cross-collaboration involved for client deliverables.

      Cons

      Regular process changes as the company is in a growth stage, and very quick-paced environment (great for some, not ideal for others).

      Since being at TIA, I've had the amazing opportunity to step outside of my comfort zone and really thrive. I've had so many opportunities I didn't think would be accessible until very deep into my career, and its been so refreshing to be surrounded by a team that trusts you and helps you learn!
