We pay up to 80% of the coworker's costs for his or her insurance and 50% of the costs to insure the coworker's family, based on which plan, of the variety we offer, the coworker selects. We also offer 401(k) with up to a 4% matching, Vacation time that begins accruing on day 1, sick time, catered breakfast and lunch once a week, and kitchen stocked with healthy snacks and drinks--yogurt, fresh fruit, Starbucks Coffee, gourmet teas, Oberwise milk, organic oatmeal, and more. Lastly, we routinely take our coworkers out of the office for fun teambuilding events. Just last week everyone was invited to a night out at Wrigley, the third whole-company event this year.
