Pros

The best benefit for full time employees is a $10 co-pay for online therapy - which you will need if you take a job here. Work life balance is decent, not out of respect to employees, but due to lack of accountability.

Cons

Classic toxic work environment. Communication from senior leadership flows downward in gossip-y circles even regarding critical issues like possible Covid-related layoffs. DEI conversations are treated as too risky to partake in, and all efforts from well-meaning staff to better the organization and the work are not taken seriously by senior leadership. As an employee I felt undervalued, and under-supported during an incredibly hard year. People of color beware - this will not be a healthy work environment for you.
