Service Team Guys are amazing to work with.
Cons
Expected to work long hours, zero support system, you’ll be talked down to and belittled on a regular bases from the director of construction. The owner of the company will tell you he cares one minute then goes MIA the next. General manager doesn’t even have her high-school diploma but acts like she knows everything there is to know about construction. Very Cold place to work. You’re just a number to them essentially.
