      -- Pays at least minimum wage for internal and external staff -- Direct deposit -- Standard benefits

      Cons

      -- 8am - 5pm shift -- Experienced high level of internal turnover during my time there, cannot speak for other time periods.

      - remote work - helpful and friendly coworkers

      - controlling/ toxic upper management - Focus on unrealistic goals - Favouritism and lack of accountability - Lack of trust and support from upper management - Inexperienced management - No room for growth - Disorganized and demanding work environment - Non existent benefits - Difficult industry but blame is on employees no matter what - Stuck in their ways
