Pros

Great family environment and flexible in regards to part-time vs. Full time. Good work / life balance. Not cut throat office environment.

Cons

The brokers / managers don't have the time to properly train or develop new agents. Felt like I was "left on a windy corner" to fend for myself. During review of first listing agreements and sales contracts incorrect information provided. A lot of pressure to "just get the listing" instead of focusing on doing what is ethically or legally correct. ZERO Quality assurance. Hiring new agents is JUST a numbers game to the brokers / management. Technology is behind the times with other companies out there. New agents, do your research before making a bad decision. Interview three or more companies before making a decision. Training program (KBC) is awful and virtually useless. Only trust your instincts and watch out for number one. And, use your local Board for outside unbiased checks & balances. Have an attorney on retainer at all times for review before placing your customers in a compromising position.

Pros

A lot of training. Great people to work with. Very fair commission cut. They are encouraging when it comes to your sales, but not pushy and demanding. The managers are great from the office level, all the way up to the top.

Cons

The software you have to submit all your deals through to get paid on your deals is a pain, but I guess once you get the hang of it, it's not that bad.

Pros

Just the reputable name "The Keyes Company"

Cons

The worst company to work; commission 70/30 + 6% fee + lawyer fee+ .... If beginning 50/50 with trainer. Very disappointed.
