Pros

Some of the staff are friendly. The company shuts down for Christmas. You get free uniform after your probation period.

Cons

No career advancement opportunities, poor treatment of hard working employees, no benefits. Higher management make ill advised decisions without input from workforce. Poor communication within the group. Way below average pay.

I have worked at numerous companies and I can honestly say that there are no stand out pros when it comes to working with the Keystone Group. A view shared by most of it's current and former employees.

Cons

Below average salary, unrealistic expectations, lack of training, double the workload due to lack of staff, poor management, good staff leaving to go to better companies. No prospects of promotion unless you know the right people - definitely the very definition of a clique and a small minded family business mentality.
