Pros

Lots of earning potential. Freedom to run your business with in reason. The more you hit goals and stay off the radar the less they pick at you. Oh, and did I meantion money?

Cons

Always under extreme pressure to preform. You could hit 160% to goal and instead of getting major cudos, awards, ect. You get nothing but your paycheck. No praise, no, awards. Always "why not do better". The staff is hard to keep. The hours are odd and erratic. No work/life balance. No maternity or paternity leave pay. No PTO unless you're a manager.

Offer some benefits. Don't expect to use amy of your vacation because you will be working crazy hours. Surgeon is great.

Cons

Overworked, under paid, no work/life balance. If you perform no one appreciates it. Only focused on money. Unethical HR. Read the reviews on this site they are so true! Run!

The doctors are great. Very qualified. That's it no other positives. Except my team - they were great! (At least the ones you can trust!)

Cons

Where do I start. First - they lie about earning potential. Unethical, do not care about their staff at all! Money money money! No care for the patient or their outcomes as long as they get their money. Worst job I've ever had and after leaving found out they are known in the industry for being unethical and unprofessional. I have swayed SEVERAL people to not take jobs with them by sharing my experience. The people they have in area manager positions are a joke. They lie and deceive to get what they want. Miss my staff there though. It's so sad. I wish I could save them.....
