      Terrible vision and ownership. Not run by experts and it's costing them in many, many ways.

      Fully remote, great mission, interesting work

      Cons

      Business is completely mismanaged. Barely any internal growth. A career deadend for majority of employees. Upper management is hands off and only look out for themselves. C-suite is impersonal and are there to collect a paycheck, not develop a business and its workforce.
