Pros

I learned so many new skills and the founder is very positive and helpful, there was a lot of autonomy in the rule too, she trusted the volunteers which made for a better experience.

Cons

The pandemic made it difficult to meet in person, but trying to organise some socials for the volunteers would have been to great. It’s good to boost morale while working from home.

Cons

Training period could have been a bit longer, early days so testing waters, needs a bit more structure.
