      Pros

      Challenging work on local projects. Sometimes includes bringing infrastructure funding to the region which makes a big positive difference to locals. The people are down to earth and, in general, very professional helpful.

      Cons

      The company has had a hard time creating an environment where younger professionals can thrive. It is also difficult to keep young professionals in the region due to better opportunities in cities.
