Pros
My experience working at The Language House TEFL has been all-around fantastic. The work climate is supportive and friendly, and staff have the ability to personalize their individual contributions and carve out their own instructional niche. This is all made possible by the superb oversight of the founder and manager, Chris Westergaard, who excels at finding quality talent and allowing them to further shape his school.
Cons
The only con that I can think of is the necessary flip-side of the freedom and support granted to instructors: that it can sometimes be difficult to "mesh" everyone's contributions and sync up their styles. Here again though, Chris Westergaard is able to mitigate this to a very large degree, and he manages to mold everything into a cohesive instructional culture and team.

Pros
TLH is not only a great school to train at and a great place to work, it is a pillar of the community in Prague. As a school, TLH is always growing, innovating, and reaching to new heights. Being a member of the staff is being part of the family, and everyone is welcome to contribute their own ideas. Owner Chris Westergaard is incredibly supportive, fair, and fun to work with.
Cons
There aren't any downsides to working at TLH.
