Pros

none. Just stay away.

Cons

The most horrible company I have ever worked. I was absolutely miserable here. So glad I got out. You will be worked and talked to like a slave. The pay does not amount to the work time you put in. Never would I suggest this job to anyone. Worst mistake I have made was taking this job. It is so hard to get out once your start because it is impossible to get off work. The company is full of lies and bs. You will be avoiding people trying to sue and much more chaotic nonsense. I feel bad for the clients of the company as they have no idea who is managing their things. The CEO will be your manager and she is a sloppy, demeaning... well you know. Who is the furthest thing from professional that there is. STAY AWAy.

Pros

The Launch Pad offers competitive compensation.

Cons

Too many cons to list. The CEO is extremely confrontational, demeaning and deceptive. From the day you're hired, you will begin to understand that you have an expiration date. Employees immediately find themselves extremely unhappy and anxiety stricken. At some point the terrible work environment becomes too much. In less than a year, 9 employees have walked out or been "let go"… Please note, there were only 12 people in the company to begin with. My intention is not to ruin the reputation of The Launch Pad, I simply want to make job seekers aware of what they are getting into before accepting a position with this company.

Pros

Competitive salary, great health benifits and decent vacation time "if you can figure out how to request your time off correctly and not get attitude if you don't complete it right"

Cons

I also am not writing this to hurt The Launch Pad business but if you are contiplating taking a position with The Launch Pad think twice. Make sure you read between the lines and do your research. The one question I didn't ask was how many employeres have been with the company for longer than a year and what is the current employee turn around time? If i would have just asked those questions I might have thought twice about accepting a position with The Launch Pad. I also seen The Launch Pad personally go through 9 employees in less than a year and more than 3/4 of them left without notice. The positions are very demanding including very long hours and you have to have leather skin to deal with the words that will be thrown your way. I did my research but due to all the awards the CEO has received it is very hard to find anything else about the company atmosphere, work enviornment and / or company reviews.
