- lack of management communication or assistance - little flexibility - a lot of turn over - nepotism within the office

Pros

Many nice people working there. Giving notice was an unparalleled thrill.

Cons

I learned a lot at this job but there was no room for growth, financially or otherwise. The most troubling thing was how punitive the company leaders could be, especially for a business that took such pride in its intellectual and moral superiority. Not a nice place to spend days.
