Really good shift patterns, lts easy work reading from a ready made script electronically.

Cons

Zero interaction with other staff members, very cliquey groups within the teams. Ridiculous targets of phone calls required per hour. Management make you feel Inferior. Very hierarchy vibe in the place.

Good work life balance. Thats all.

Cons

They give you more often than not unobtainable minimums to reach per shift, not taking into account that some people do not want to answer questions from an obtainable number doing research on behalf of a bank. The management have favourites and bully. It is a really cliquey place to work, and you're made to feel small from people who have worked there for years. It is the same day everyday. There is no differentiation, it is very boring, and dull.
