      Pros

      The Leets Consortium is a small, but mighty team with strong values. I haven't been here long, but I've received the warmest welcome, and already feel appreciated. Being a B Corp, you can really feel the dedication to excellence in all aspects of their business (clients and employees alike). They value work-life balance, which is a breath of fresh air (Summer Fridays, in addition to holidays). Being a Leadership Coaching company, they encourage continuous growth (offering Master Class courses, and attending leadership conferences).

      Pros

      Anne & Peter are very trusting and encouraging. They give me a lot of grace and continue to teach/train. They do their best to show us we are appreciated! I am provided consistent support as I've acclimated.

      None that come to mind.

      Working with Elite clients Family Friendly Culture Ability to have creative independence and growth Working from home with all the tools one could need Anne and Peter are inspiring bosses and coaches who bring out your full potential Being able to trust our brand and offering white glove customer service

      Cons

      Not an easy job and sometimes time constraints- Anne and Peter happily make up the time that falls outside of your normal schedule
