Casual Dress. Decent location. Easy going job. Comfortable work environment. Slight opportunities for SEC licensing. They try to make the culture inviting, which was nice. Cons
Not as much commitment to employees; "Every man for themselves" Very clicky management. Difficult to be recognized or to be promoted. Senior mgmt lacks the confidence to get rid of "old school way of thinking with old players" Compliance Departments lack direction, follow through and most importantly leadership. This has a trickle-down effect throughout the entire organization. Senior management lacks the need/desire to get a handle of the "rude" managers, thus allowing the behavior to continue.
