      Good for entry level experience in small business but look elsewhere. You'll regret working here.

      Cons

      Cold, unhappy work environment. Overall, miserable. Management will overwork you and try to pay you as little as possible

      Projects are interesting. If you speak up, you are given freedom to pursue the area of work you're most interested in. Wide range of work for a small company. Opportunity for experience early in career and large responsibility.
