Pros

quality customers, decent tips, good coworkers

Cons

Management has zero respect for staff and will treat you as such, ownership has conflicting outlook on business model so hot potato is played with you position and job in the balance.

Pros

Free meals are provided during shifts.

Cons

No break times. You cannot leave the property whatsoever while you’re on shift, even if you’re running to grab a coffee or let your dog out during your “break time”. Schedule flexibility is a joke, they promise you on schedule and then expect you do something completely regardless of your personal life. VERY unsafe resident transfers.. no gait belts, Hoyer lifts or sit to stands.. especially for their multiple bed bound residents. Vacation time/days off/sick policy: if you want a day off and you’re scheduled, it’s YOUR job to find coverage, no matter what, or else face the consequences.
