Pros
I have only been a part of this company for a short time, but I couldn't ask for a better job. This company is fast paced and growing every day. I am very happy to be apart of it. Management is very accessible. I like that i can balance my work/life with no issues. Every day I am learning something new.

Pros
This is one of the best jobs I've ever had. The company is fast moving and fast growing. Management is very accessible. And in the Logistics Industry it can be very difficult to have a Work/Life balance, and ownership puts a premium on that.
Cons
There are no real negatives that I have found
