Pros

Sometimes you'd get a discount on items you wanted. If they approved it.

Cons

The owner's Edward and Andrea did NOT know who to talk to there employees. No pay raise, no insurance, no maternity leave, and approvals for items you wanted took forever to be approved.

Pros

The people. Co-workers are great. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Everything. This place is asking for trouble. They require you to clock in ten minutes before your shift and they don’t pay you for that time! Management treats employees like children. Taking away “luxuries” if you do something wrong. These luxuries can include having a chair to sit in during your breaks! I have seen employees forced to eat their lunch on the floor or toilet just to have a place to sit. You are not allowed to leave for lunch so that is pretty much your only option. There is a high turn around for a reason. No insurance. No PTO.
