Everybody does their job and is very hardworking. The owner of the company takes time to say hello to all staff levels, it makes you feel valued. Everybody is willing to give you time or talk to you if you approach them.
Cons
They don't use AutoCAD/Revit. It's a serious environment most of the time but overall there's really no con.
