      Pros

      Nothing great about working here unless you are part of the CEO's clique or based at head office in Watford.

      Cons

      All of it. Management. An MD out of his depth. A CEO with too many fingers in too many pies. Poor communication. A commission structure that takes a degree in nuclear physics to work out let alone earn anything. Too much admin with not enough resources. So much compliance you can't do your job. I literally could go on.... and on.... and on.
