Pros

Office location is great and easy to get to through public transit. New remodeled lunchroom is very nice. Working hours are decent and manageable. Fellow co-workers were wonderful people and were also very enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Upper management takes employees for granted. Most managers are clueless and hold grudges. No room for advancement. You have to break your back to get any sort of raise. Benefits are poor. No consistency on processes and rules. Things that were being done one week are being dropped the very next.

I was able to meet a few good people. I was able to offer jobs to 2 great people.

Cons

The neediness of abusive behavior of the client was accepted by MCS. They allowed the bullying behavior even after my 2 formal complaints. They worked me for 45-60+ plus hours per week with NO bonus, NO comp time, NO perks. Their operational/HR practices are based in the stone age. They practice here is "being the Help" and NOT being "a partner". The rock throwing and hand hiding is soooo the way of the culture. No training and no clear manager duties presented, nor expectations given. The mixed messages and half-truths and partial information from the leadership is astonishing. No leadership support. Don't waste your time. Worst company I ever worked with.

You get to learn customer service, in a dying profession Office Services.

Cons

You are trapped in a dead end you cannot and will not move forward. You are not allowed to apply for open positions at their client's site, if you do with out permission, you will be terminated.
