A Few genuine nice people who try to make the experience of working for this company better but they are very much in the minority

If your not part of the in crowd you get left behind They promise the earth but never deliver No proper career progression Little training as work is generally so busy there’s no time Make you feel bad if you book holiday 24hr on call so little home/life balance Bullying culture with little support Long hours and difficult to take holiday Internal politics between the PLC and individual agencies No long term plan for growth or business planning Once your employed little opportunity for pay reviews or rises unless you in the in crowd Illegal activity both business wise and including drugs Poor Health and Safety You have to fight for training opportunities Large gap between management pay and general staff pay Bonuses paid to sone but not all Management expect staff to work extra hours week in week out no extra pay Clients slowly leaving after poor project management and inflated prices Little coaching or progression No praise or encouragement when doing well or progressing the business Lots of instances of mental health issues with middle management staff not supported Employment law issues were legal requirements are often over looked or not followed Very white non culture inclusive and homophobic Nothing good about this company!
