Pros

Quick advancement within the company

Cons

Company is not well run. Only two weeks after moving into brand new office they started letting service people go & hiring new producers to makeup the difference in unattained goals while not having enough service staff to handle the current workload. Everyone is super stressed & scared to lose their job. People first is not what I see anymore it is profits first.

Pros

Little work required, low standards. but you won't be kept forever. Friendly people, but too much work, so everyone slacks. Retirement plan is amazing, but less than 5% of people are eligible.

Cons

You must be a MORMON to succeed here. All of the top execs are Mormons, that's who they want to hire, and that's who they want to promote. Don't think they won't question you about religion / values. You will be required to publicly pray and discuss God's influence on your life and career. Pay is roughly 40% of the market. So they get the dregs, who shirk, and others must pay the price for low standards. Company is in financial trouble, borrowing from Pension without notifying shareholders, CEO from a few years ago was a criminal who stole from the company. Nothing was reported to state or feds, company covered it up but is in dire straits. Cuts are being made left and right, so that little support remains for producers or staff. Currently on 3rd CEO in 18 months.
