Pros

I did like that we had a few breakfast bars in the morning. There were occasions when I worked with team leads that were fair and good team players. If you like to clean and work with your hands the day can go by pretty quickly

Cons

Your team lead can make your day awful depending on who you get. I had the misfortune of dealing with someone very immature and incapable of leading. There were also times when I was paired with someone who deliberately had us out as late as 8pm in order to clock in extra hours. Being in school at the time I was very unhappy. Sure using the same car to get to customers seems like an efficient idea but in turn it could end up wasting everyone's time. Management was unprofessional. I left the job after a few weeks. I'll admit I quit the same day. No hard feelings but I made sure to tell the manager I was doing so. If I can start work the same day I inquire about the position I didn't see the issue. Schedules weren't made in advance. I eventually called about my W2 a few months later. Called multiple times, even called corporate. I was told to contact the franchise. Eventually I catch up with an old co-worker and she gives me the manager's number so I can ask her directly during business hours The manger continues to give me the run around. Gives me a fake number claiming it's HR then tells me to text instead. I don't know if she had a grudge against me for leaving but this is a business. You're not doing yourself any favors. Now I have to file an extension on my tax return.
