Pros
I've been with this company for a while. I've seen it go through awkward growing phases, but I couldn't be more proud of what it's matured to. The company culture has changed dramatically for the better. The Leadership Team is open, and honest, and they listen. The work is also getting progressively better each year - it's fun, challenging, and genuinely meaningful.
Cons
No company is perfect, there's always room for improvement. But the great thing is that this team recognizes that, and welcomes new ways to improve.

Pros
A fun, collaborative, growing team. New management additions make for a vibrant/respectful culture. Lots of organic business growth, which means high expectations, but also big opportunities to shape a growing agency. Great location and dog-friendly.
Cons
Still waiting for that hot tub.
