      Pros

      The leadership team is amazing. They are supportive of their staff. They respond quickly to questions/concerns and are open to input and feedback. It is evident that the company has this outlook and approach from the top down which is a rarity to see. Without a doubt the best leadership team I have worked for in my 20+ years of nursing. As having been in management myself for several years, that is saying a lot, and as you know leadership makes or breaks your daily work experience. Love the ability yo work from home, Mon-Fri, weekends and holidays off. Something, I never thought I'd have with good pay and benefits as a nurse. I always thought I'd have to work 12 hours shifts, weekends and holidays for the money, or sacrifice pay to get the Mon-Fri job in an office or clinic.

      Cons

      Really not much. The on-boarding, training, continued support and communication are great. The only thing I wish would be a bit more PTO, but they provide sick time so you don't have to use vacation time for illness. That is something most companies have gotten away from. They have never denied time off request, and respond very quickly to those requests so you aren't left in limbo.

      Horrible Work Environment, Like being in High school again

      Cons

      This is like working in High school. You only move up if you are besties with the owner or her family. They lay off every couple of months, they move you from department to department and have you work hand in hand with Registered Sex Offenders.
