The corporate management is greedy, only focused on profits before employee morale and customers. For a company in the Pacific Northwest I was surprised how homophobic and sexist management was. Everyone is entitled to their opinions but negative beliefs shouldn't roll over into a professional work environment. Management would intentionally hire people who they found "more attractive" than someone who was more qualified. Sexual harassment occurred regularly. Disgusting.

Never practice the core values in their own vision statement.
