      Pros

      - A great place to lead. Always high on ownership and accountability. - Amazing teammates and Leaders nurturing the culture. - Hybrid work culture also helps in staying sane in a fast paced environment.

      Cons

      - Nothing major. Mavericks is growing at a good speed and with the right set of folks. - Lack of intent in heavy exploration in other tools of Marketing like Experiential Marketing, Podcasts, and newer domains of OTTs, Quick Commerce, and D2C clients.

      A terribly misleading place----look before you join them

      Pros

      Everything looks like a pro when you join them and talk to them. The first 3-6 months feel like a breeze and then if you ain't good at constantly cajoling the CEO and his 3 Business Directors, they will do all things possible to exclude you

      Cons

      Extremely political and slimy in the guise of being people centric and purpose driven. Hikes are dependent on the perception of good work vis-a-vis real good work and you are expected to constantly play a yes man to the CEO and his 3 Business Directors and in case you don't tick the boxes there, be prepared to feel excluded and forced to leave. Have seen some amazing talent, at least 3-4 of them being forced to quit under very questionable circumstances
