      -Management that wants you to succeed and rise up through the ranks -Hands on experience from day 1 -Work on interesting client engagements, direct access to executives -Flexible schedule, as long as you put in your time and get it done

      -Endless work (but also a pro) -Mediocre benefits -Pay is below that of bulge brackets (to be expected)
