- Leadership is toxic, demanding, and completely devoid of empathy, caring only about squeezing out as much money as possible. - Short-term profit is prioritized over long-term stability, creating disaster after disaster that employees are forced to clean up. - Leaders refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, repeating the same failures and leaving staff to pay the price. - The outdated tools and broken systems make even simple tasks unnecessarily tedious and frustrating, despite countless complaints. - Management ignores feedback entirely, dismissing concerns and forcing employees to endure a dysfunctional environment. - Work-life balance is nonexistent—tight deadlines and impossible expectations leave you too drained to even live your own life. - Burnout is constant, and the crushing pressure never stops, stripping away motivation and morale.

Basic training to get me started with work.

Cons

Every single day was a struggle because of pathetic leadership, Management demanded everything at once and called it all a priority, which made the work impossible to manage. Leadership acted completely irrational manner, as if their only goal was to make employees suffer.

They still use tools and systems that should be in museum. Leadership acts like every question is an act of rebellion, and tech support is treated like an afterthought, not a necessity. You're blamed for client dissatisfaction caused by problems you're not even allowed to fix. It's a job that punishes initiative and celebrates obedience. If you're looking for relevance, skip this place- they're operating 15 years behind.
