Pros

Great benefits and tuition assistance. You get to be around an interesting collection of art and history.

Cons

They don't pay you enough to live anywhere close to work so the commute is sure to grind away at you if you have to work onsite. If you don't have another means of income, you'll be constantly in debt. Stuff rolls downhill.

Pros

No back bar fee is charged

Cons

1.) Parking 2.)Toxic management turns the blame on you when you try to fix an issue 3.)Owners have almost zero interest in the spa. They are not available when the manager is not doing her jobs well enough. The spa is not their interest. 4.) The main problem with this business is the manager is part of the concierge team. Therefore the front desk can do no wrong. Everyone leaves because of the managers management style and incompetence of the front desk concierge. Huge turnover. No one is happy here.
