I loved the team. Work life balance was also great.

In my first week there, they've fired someone, wiped their desk and brought their replacement in all in the same morning. That should have been my first red flag. In my month of being there, I saw three people leave. The company likes to hire on indeed under 'Anonymous'. That most likely means that the person they are wanting to replace is still working there. Everyone is always on edge that they will be next, as a healthy feedback loop is non-existent. Mess up, and expect your head on the chopping block. If you do decide to work there, just keep a look out on indeed for your position under 'Anonymous'.

To succeed at MFO means performing like a circus monkey for incompetent people that insist on running their business with ethics and goals stuck in the 1970s. Talented, good people work at MFO, but the president maintains such a toxic work environment that it is actually challenging to even last a year. In my nine months, I saw 19 employees leave, most of them fired for asinine reasons. That kind of turnover speaks for itself.

Cons

Not a place you want to work if you value your own well-being. The unnecessary stress and constant last-minute deadlines were frequent.
