Pros

Great location, for the most part great people and looks good on the resume

Cons

Where to start? Over promising and under delivering by leadership (producers and EPs). NOTHING WORKS... the pipeline is janky, projects are started without anyone knowing how to actually produce them and there are bandaids being put on everything. Bullying bullying bullying by people who are highly valuable because they are the ones making the patches and bandaging things to keep things working/aggressively pushing things forward so that we meet deadlines so no one feels like they can report them and when they do they get told that everyone is experiencing the same thing. ZERO work-life balance. Pretty sure a large cohort of employees have just cranked out more than a month of working every day... Saturdays and Sundays are not sacred. Evenings are not sacred. Forget seeing your kids/spouse/friends. Pay is terrible, especially when you look at the hours. No offer of additional compensation.

Pros

Good people to work with

Cons

A company who wanted to be at its best but was submerged in this huge wave of new people coming in! Stress, unpaid overtime and A LOT of overtime

Pros

- location (Adelaide) is the best place on the planet - very good opportunities for juniors - very nice office - they pay in advance two weeks forward, that's good if you just relocated

Cons

- overtime kicks in after 50h/week (you are payed for 40h up to 50h). So yeah, you work for 10h for free per week - overtime payed 1x - overtime never payed properly (you need to keep track on pay checks) - no deadlines, you cannot prepare to the job - worst pipeline in this industry - email system to keep track of everything, shot progress, dailies, comments, everything... - after finished projects, they let go most people who actually cared - Try harder, the more you will made redundant
