Pros

We have built a fantastic global team enabling follow-the-sun coverage for our clients. Great monthly lunches to bring the teams together.

Cons

Since the beginning of our merger with Infosys, management seems to have lost their vision. The growth and development opportunities have become almost non-existent with the focus shifting to meet the revenue requirements for completion of the merger rather than growth of the teams and services. Workloads are becoming unstustainable with recruiting always trailing behind the pace of work volumes. Salaries are inconsistent across the team and full-bonus targets rarely attainable and bonus targets/qualifiers are outside of the control or our team.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and experiences with us. We truly appreciate your recognition of the global team we’ve built and the efforts to foster collaboration through initiatives like monthly team lunches. We also recognise that periods of significant change, such as our acquisition by Infosys, can place real pressure on teams, and it’s clear from your comments that this has affected your experience. We acknowledge the concerns you've raised regarding leadership visibility, growth and development opportunities, and workload sustainability following the partnership. Your feedback about salary consistency and bonus structures is equally important to us. These are critical areas that impact our people, and we want to assure you that they are being reviewed as part of our ongoing commitment to improvement. Our goal is to maintain focus on what makes our company strong, our people. We are actively working on strategies to enhance communication, support career development, and ensure fair and transparent practices across all teams. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

The people at TML are very passionate, and care a lot about what they do and push for a friendly and open culture for the teams.

Cons

Below market rate salary, egregiously oversized work loads, and not a promosing look for future of the Aus team with the new acquisition

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for recognising the passion and commitment of our team at The Missing Link. We are proud to foster a friendly and open culture where people care deeply about what they do, and it’s great to see that reflected in your experience. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding market competitiveness of salaries, workload balance, and the uncertainty following the recent acquisition by Infosys. These are important issues, and we want to assure you that leadership is actively reviewing these areas to ensure fairness, sustainability, and clarity for the future. Regarding the recent acquisition, we selected them as a partner based on cultural alignment. Infosys have a strong record of long-tenured staff, values-driven leadership and an ethos that matches our own. Prior to the acquisition we undertook a team expansion program to enhance our capabilities. We remain excited about growing our team in other regions to help address talent shortages and provide 24/7 service delivery. This approach has always been about strengthening our capabilities and ensuring the best possible outcomes for both our clients and our teams. As with any growing business, we will continue to review how we scale responsibly, but any future changes would be driven by business needs, communicated early, and handled with transparency and respect. Our focus right now is stability, continuity, and supporting our existing team. Our CEO and executive team remain committed to transparency and to making decisions that prioritise our people. While change can bring challenges, we are focused on maintaining the trust and culture that define The Missing Link, and we’re working hard to create opportunities for growth and improvement. Thank you again for your honesty and for being part of our journey. Your feedback helps us continue to evolve and strengthen our workplace.
