      Pros

      The owner and CEO, along with a few star employees at the jr. level are the only highlight and worthwhile reason to work at this company. If senior-level management were replaced with fresh talent, this place could be a decent company.

      Cons

      Age and gender discrimination. No upward mobility. Incredibly poor management and execution. Lapses in health insurance coverage. Below industry standard for pay - especially if your'e female.
