Appreciate the leaderships view and support of work life balance. As a single parent flex scheduling and working from home are key. Team of top professionals tailored per projects. Mix of commercial and Government projects and in-house verses client led projects mixes up the management styles effectively. Flexibility of benefits and fairness - applaud move to remove 1099 contractors and making all employees which created a much more company focused culture verses catering to high maintenance contractors.
Cons
Sometimes the travel policies and limits dictated by clients are difficult to adhere to, and require creative solutions. Not effectively communicating hotel points being temporarily pulled into one master account to cover unreimbursed travel on a program caused avoidable ill-will.
