Pros

No dress code, and Fridays off.

Cons

Laughable commission, and long days with a lot of cold calling.

Pros

Relaxed dress code, fun product, company paid health and dental insurance, 4 day work week, paid shut down between Christmas and New Years

Cons

4 sick days a year awarded quarterly. 1 week vacation for the first 5 years. Soft business practices- there were more exceptions than rules. Understaffed, employees are frequently called upon to make super-human efforts to meet business need. No corporate structure. HR functions as a middle school guidance counselor encouraging complaints from coworkers, particularly about their superiors. Ineffective information dissemination- employees, other than senior management are not told the big picture or even policy changes unless it directly affects their job, and even then the information is not timely.
