It is a good place to gain experience, international environment, no specific experience needed. Some choices to move to higher positions but it can be frustrating
Cons
Very hard to get a salary rise, conditions are usually fixed when you start working, after it is almost impossible to improve your employment conditions, need to fight for any benefit, like a parking lot, when there is plenty of place... Promotion to better positions based on personal relations with the management rather than your personal skills. Too many mediocre employees that come to warm the chair instead of working, too many good people left because of the management unwilling to understand their career needs...
