Clear, consistent schedule. Flexible with vacation days or days off.

Cons

Inconsistent help/mentoring for coaches. Many holes in company's communication. Underpaid for the rigor that is expected. Career advancement is over promised.

Where to begin… can’t keep paperwork straight so the employees suffer, does not follow proper protocols

Training, most staff are wonderful, cutting edge, real time progress, fast paced, exciting

Cons

Must complete training and assessments for raise, was never tested so never received raise, the executive director is condescending, difficult to talk to, just not great to work with at all.
