I have been working at TNSC full time for over 20 years. The company has grown significantly over that time, but remains to feel like more than just a job - It's like a family. Commitment to doing business ethically is a core value. There are times when we are super busy, but we always manage to find ways to laugh. The teamwork and camaraderie between coworkers is remarkable. Motto "Work hard, have fun" is really true. Management truly cares about it's employees and a healthy work-home balance.
