Not really worth it

Pros

The best part about working there is helping women incarcerated get back on the right track before they are released.

Cons

Management is sneaky. There are too many morals being broken. They sadly force you to choose between their way and the right way.

Good work, but poor administrative execution

Pros

Flexible, staff is nice, does good work, much needed organization, better pay than some nonprofits, good benefits and vacation time.

Cons

Not enough resources to do your job. Projections for 2017 were off by so much that they had to let over a dozen people go with no warning or severance. Poor planning for hiring and cutting staff.
