A shaky foundation with a terrible CEO ready to crumble at any minute

The work is interesting and you can learn a lot if you try. The person who wrote the review about working remotely and being provided a hotel works in management for the company so don't listen to them.
Cons
VERY HIGH TURNOVER. They will lay someone off for no reason, hire them back, then lay them off again. They're truly crazy. CEO is a terrible business person. Never does background checks and keeps trouble makers around while all the good people run away. Health insurance is terrible and you are made to feel guilty if you use it. They say they reimburse you for things but give you a hassle about it. No HR department so any private conversation you need to have has to be done with the receptionist out in the open. It's very uncomfortable. Only a few people that are still there are great, all the rest are not quality employees or people.

I learned a lot working at this company. The CEO Kip Meadows was very generous in supporting local charities, events, and employee/kids fundraisers. Not only was it probably the best paying job I ever had but it had great benefits as well. I was never once turned down to be able to take my vacation. One thing I will really miss is we were able to dress down every day. If you wanted to wear blue jeans you could as long as they were in good condition. Letting you do things like that, just little things mean a lot.
Cons
Would have liked to have felt appreciated more. Also, unfortunately due to the type business this company is, it can never close so when there was bad weather it still had to stay open. But fortunately some people could work remotely if they were able.
